Frequently Asked Questions
Our Leigh-on-Sea showroom at 942 London Road is open Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm. We're closed on Sundays and bank holidays. If you'd like a designer set aside for you, book your visit online or call us on 01702 419229 before you come.
No. Walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours. Booking ahead means a designer is free to give you their full attention, so we recommend it if you want to talk through a whole project. Call 01702 419229 or book your visit online.
Room settings built as real bathrooms: a freestanding bath, a walk-in wetroom shower, designer vanity units with basins and brassware, and tiled walls and floors. You can see and try everything before you choose. Tile collections we design with include Ca' Pietra, Porcelanosa and Waxman Ceramics, and you can see the full list of brands we supply.
Yes. There is free parking to the rear of the building, plus free on-street parking nearby if that's easier. The showroom is on the ground floor with a step-free entrance, so access is simple with a pushchair, wheelchair or mobility scooter.
Please do. Photos of your current bathroom, rough room sizes, architect's drawings or a few inspiration images all help a designer talk through your space properly on the day. If you have nothing yet, that is absolutely fine. All we need to start your design is the measurements of your room, and our step-by-step measuring guide shows you how to take them.
Yes, and it's free. Your 3D design is drawn up after your visit rather than live in the showroom. Once you've sent us the measurements of your room (our measuring guide shows you how), we design it in 3D and put together a fixed-price specification for you to look over at home. You only pay for the products you choose, and nothing is ordered until you approve it. Read more about bathroom design in Leigh-on-Sea.
