Small Room, Full Statement

The cloakroom is the smallest room of a three-bathroom project in one Kelvedon home — completed alongside the family bathroom and the master ensuite — and it concentrates the whole design story into a few square metres.

A fluted basin unit takes centre stage, topped with a round basin and a brushed bronze tap, against wall panels of Ca' Pietra marble-look porcelain. A back-to-wall WC with bronze flush plate keeps the lines clean, and recessed walnut shelving turns the alcove into display space.

The brushed bronze brassware running through the whole project comes from JTP and Crosswater, joined here by a round mirror, a black vertical radiator, and HiB and Tissino in the specification.

Completed in a single week, with the design planned through our bathroom design service, it shows how much presence a cloakroom can carry when it borrows the best ideas from the rooms upstairs.
