The Basics
How it works
We design your kitchen or bathroom, specify every product, order and deliver everything, and stay involved right through installation until the room is finished. You get expert design, 3D visuals, a fixed-price quote, a detailed technical pack, and hands-on support throughout the build. We handle the project — your installer handles the tools.
Six stages:
- Showroom consultation — we discuss your ideas and set direction
- Home measure — we take precise measurements and check everything technical
- Design presentation — 3D visuals, material samples, and a fixed-price quote
- Ordering and delivery — we place orders, track stock, and coordinate delivery
- Installation — we provide detailed specs and stay available throughout the build
- Aftercare — care guides, warranty registration, and ongoing product support

The design and planning stage usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. After that, installation depends on the scope, the room, the specification, and the installer — anywhere from 5 to 20 working days is normal for a bathroom, and kitchen timelines vary depending on complexity. We'll give you a clearer picture once the design is finalised.
Yes. Every client gets detailed 3D visuals showing the room from multiple angles — exact products, layouts, lighting positions, and finishes. We refine the design together until you're completely happy. Nothing is ordered until you sign it off.
Investment
Costs & payment
It depends on the room and specification. For bathrooms, our supply-only product packages typically range from £5,000–£10,000 for Essential Quality, £9,000–£16,000 for Design-Led Premium, and £15,000–£30,000+ for Statement Luxury. Kitchen pricing varies depending on layout, cabinetry, worktops, and appliances.

We take a deposit when you give the go-ahead, and the remaining balance is due before we place any orders with manufacturers. Products are only ordered once payment is received in full. We talk you through the exact payment stages at quoting so everything is clear from the start.

Yes. We specialise in making every space work — from compact cloakrooms and tight shower rooms to galley kitchens and awkward layouts. Clever design and smart product choices make a bigger difference than room size.

During The Build
Installation & support
You choose what works for you. Most clients either use their own trusted tradesperson or we match them with a vetted installer from our approved network. Either way, we provide a detailed technical pack and stay available throughout the build — answering questions, resolving product queries, and making sure everything goes to plan.
We stay available throughout installation. That means technical questions, product queries, fitting guidance, returns, damages — whatever comes up on site, we're a phone call away. We don't just deliver the products and disappear. That hands-on support is part of the service, whether it's a kitchen or a bathroom.
Every product comes with the manufacturer's own warranty — typically 5 to 25 years depending on brand and product. We register warranties on your behalf and stay available after handover to help with product queries, care advice, and warranty claims.
Call us. During the build, we help assess the situation, advise on solutions, and source any additional materials quickly. After the room is finished, we help with product issues and coordinate manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. We're available long after the project is complete.
