What Our Warranty Actually Is
Our 3-Year Installation Workmanship Warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our installation work.
It covers defects arising directly from the standard of workmanship carried out by Bowman Bathrooms during the installation of your bathroom.
This warranty applies where installation was carried out by Bowman Bathrooms and is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
What It Covers
The warranty covers workmanship-related issues including:
- ● Incorrect installation of supplied components
- ● Failures caused by improper fitting, sealing, or fixing
- ● Installation-related water ingress where directly attributable to workmanship
- ● Defects arising from installation methods used by our team
Important Note:
This warranty covers workmanship only, not product performance or outcomes beyond our installation work.
What It Does Not Cover
As with all workmanship warranties, this warranty naturally excludes:
- ○ Manufacturer defects or product failures (covered by manufacturer warranties)
- ○ General wear and tear
- ○ Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party alterations
- ○ Structural movement, settlement, or issues beyond the installed area
- ○ Problems arising from pre-existing conditions not identified at the time of installation
Relationship to Manufacturer Warranties
All products supplied are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Our workmanship warranty sits alongside these and applies solely to the installation itself.
How Claims Are Handled
Notify Us
Should an issue arise that you believe relates to our workmanship, please notify us in writing within a reasonable time.
Assessment
We will assess the issue and determine whether it relates to our workmanship under the terms of this warranty.
Remedial Work
Where appropriate, we will carry out remedial work in line with the terms of this warranty.
